We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie is the session cookie that keeps you signed in on the paid course sites. It is strictly necessary, so it does not need a consent banner, and it is removed when you sign out. Fonts and all other files are served from our own domain; no third-party fonts or scripts are loaded.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, as offered by each provider. We do not sell personal data.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Purchase records are kept for as long as the purchase gives you access, and longer where tax or accounting law requires. Server logs are kept by Vercel for a short period under its own policy.
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@aimadesimple.me from the email on your account. We answer within one month. To delete an account, ask us, or use the deletion request on your account page. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Croatia that is AZOP (azop.hr).
The courses are written for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 16.
